ALT NewCo
Event X (13-16 December 2021)
and
ALT X-hibition
(17 December 2021)
This year Alt
is playing its first competition (Alt NewCo), 10
sessions in a row.
After the
last session, every team that played in the NewCo can
apply for playing in the Alt NewCo X-event (December 13-16), which
will be the grand final of the competition.
Alt has the
ability to invite 8 teams to group A, the rest of the teams to group B.
Teams in
group A will fight for two things: the winner of this group will be officially
awarded with the title “winner of the Alt NewCo
2021”.
Apart from
this numbers one and two will get an invitation to play the special one day Alt X-hibition event on
Friday, December 17 against the winner of the European Online Qualification for
the Bermuda Bowl,
Number one of
group B will also be awarded an invitation for playing the Alt X-hibition on Friday, December 17. It means that every single
team that played in the Alt competition gets the chance to play the epilogue of
the Alt season and actually the strongest field Alt has to offer.
Play on
Friday will start at 20.00 CET/14.00 EDT with a simple 3 x 8 boards
single Round Robin format.

Alt will do
its best to stream the Alt X-hibition with live VuGraph expert commentary.
